The DBU CEE Fellowship Program is open to all disciplines (natural sciences/engineering/social sciences and humanities).
The contact person in Montenegro is former DBU Fellow Semso Kalac. He will be happy to provide general information about the CEE Fellowship Programme, assist with the online application, and answer questions about the process and organization of the Fellowship in Germany.
