Koordinierung der F\u00f6rderung erneuerbarer Energien in der EU im Rahmen von EinspeisemodellenIn March 2007, the European Union has agreed to meet 20% of the overall energy consumption by renewable energies in 2020. Even though in the Renewables Directive for the electricity sector (2001\/77\/EC) no agreement was made for an EU-wide support mechanism, the harmonisation of support schemes is still a mid- and long-term objective of the European Commission and the European Parliament. The PhD project analyses the co-ordination (bottom-up) and harmonisation (top-down) of renewable electricity support mechanism based of feed-in tariffs by comparing three countries (Germany, France and Spain). The development of national support schemes is evaluated, taking into consideration political science convergence theories. Based on the theoretical concept of so-called advocacy coalitions the actors? positions regarding this policy are shown. Die Europ\u00e4ische Union hat sich im M\u00e4rz 2007 darauf verst\u00e4ndigt, bis zum Jahre 2020 mindestens 20% der Prim\u00e4renergienachfrage aus erneuerbaren Energien zu decken. Auch wenn in der Erneuerbaren-Richtlinie f\u00fcr den Strombereich (2001\/77\/EG) keine Einigung auf ein europaweites F\u00f6rderinstrument erzielt werden konnte, ist die Harmonisierung der F\u00f6rderinstrumente weiterhin mittel- und langfristige Zielsetzung der Europ\u00e4ischen Kommission und des Europ\u00e4ischen Parlaments.Das Promotionsvorhaben untersucht die koordinierte (bottom-up) oder harmonisierte (top-down) F\u00f6rderung von Regenerativstrom im Rahmen von Einspeiseverg\u00fctungsmodellen anhand einer L\u00e4ndervergleichsstudie (Deutschland, Frankreich und Spanien). Die Entwicklung der nationalen F\u00f6rderinstrumente wird unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung politikwissenschaftliche Konvergenztheorien untersucht.
