Sustainability at the German Environmental Award Ceremony<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Based on our ethical convictions, we are committed to preserving the natural foundations of life: For their own sake as well as in responsibility for present and future generations. We want to achieve sustainable impact in practice. Through our work, we provide impetus and act as a multiplier. For these reasons, we are committed to making the presentation of the German Environmental Award resource-conserving and environmentally friendly by reducing emissions, avoiding waste and using sustainable alternatives. We attach great importance to social justice and the inclusion of all those involved. All partners and contractors are actively involved in the continuous improvement of environmentally friendly event implementation. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

The ceremony for the 2025 German Environmental Award in Chemnitz was certified under the Blue Angel program for events<\/a>. To achieve this, a detailed sustainability plan was coordinated with all stakeholders and implemented during the event. All employees involved in the implementation of the event are trained in sustainable practices and criteria. Through transparent communication and continuous improvement, we want to act as a role model for sustainable events and inspire the event industry. <\/p>\n\n\n

Sustainable event technology<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When selecting our partners for technical implementation, we only choose companies that operate in a particularly sustainable manner. Our two partners L&S and fischerAppelt are particularly strong in this respect. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our partners have clear sustainability guidelines and are users of the German Sustainability Code. From trained employees and active waste avoidance to the careful use of materials – our partners are experts in the field of sustainable event technology. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
